Concessions are valid for 1 year from purchase, taking away the pressure to use within a set time-frame. While we expect to see you regularly in class, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way. You can come along when it suits you and not lose your investment.
Receive access to all video classes and nine live online classes throughout the year. Please fill in the contact form to sign-up. Access won't be immediate, it will be a manual process to grant access to the private page and arrange payment. Thanks for your patience with this process.
Yoga classes are held at Prue Hair Design, inside Palmers Garden Centre
Equipment is supplied (mats and blankets, blocks)
However, bring your own mat if you have one.
Bookings are essential for the first class trial.
