This yoga class is for beginners. With the aim of accepting where you’re at now and working together to find a therapeutic way for you to work in each pose. This is the main style of yoga that will be taught in the Sunday class.
A private session can be arranged by appointment. A session to work out individual modifications and get individual instruction for developing a short home practice to complement the weekly class attendance.
An opportunity for regular home meditators to get together as a group. Experience the increased energy and deeper meditation produced by the group energy.
