Do some yoga at home. A small range of video classes available to people that regularly attend in-person class or those that have an online concession. Classes include Easy Ashtanga, Gentle Hatha Leg Strength and Back Care.
This yoga class is for beginners. With the aim of accepting where you’re at now and working together to find a therapeutic way for you to work in each pose. This is the main style of yoga that will be taught in the Sunday class.
Book a 30 minute private workshop to plan and implement a regular home meditation practice. Receive suggested meditations and exercises for before and after the meditation.
