    Add a 45 minute to 1hr yoga class to your next conference or event. Hourly rate of $120 per hour;  minimum charge 1.5hrs ($210)

Includes all equipment (Mats, blankets, blocks and straps) - enough for up to 20 people.

Class is suitable for absolute beginners and adjusted for your specific needs.

This yoga class is for beginners. With the aim of accepting where you’re at now and working together to find a therapeutic way for you to work in each pose. This is the main style of yoga that will be taught in the Sunday class. 

Take a few moments to connect with your essence. Focus on your breath to calm the mind. This short video (7 minutes) is a gentle back care yoga sequence. Follow the instructions, 

breathe and make the shape.
