This yoga class is for beginners. With the aim of accepting where you’re at now and working together to find a therapeutic way for you to work in each pose. This is the main style of yoga that will be taught in the Sunday class.
A private session can be arranged by appointment. This session could be used to work out individual modifications for those working with illness, injury or restricted range of movement before joining the class.
During the winter months this session will be run online via zoom. This optional session will include simple yoga exercises before and after the meditation. A start date will be announced once the yoga class is more established.
